BIO

Ariadne Katsaris is a Greek-Cypriot filmmaker who focuses on the power that visual storytelling can have in sharing knowledge with a community. Her films seek to explore the world through a lens of augmented reality. Her previous work has screened at Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. She is currently working on a documentary that explores the subjectivity of history through the lens of ghost stories.
She is based in Bozeman, Montana where she is in the process of obtaining her MFA from Montana State University’s Science and Natural History Filmmaking program. She received a BA in Film Production and a BA in Biology from University of Denver.
